Alice has worked on a myriad of unique and challenging projects and transactions throughout her extensive three-decade career in real estate sales, leasing and property management. With experience in landlord-tenant dispute resolution and debt settlements, Alice has worked with attorneys on civil disputes, trust and probate matters, along with law enforcement agencies in a variety of investigations.

Patricia has been in the real estate industry for over 30 years providing sales, leasing & management services with her firm the Bilow Group. In addition to her real estate practice, Patricia provides consulting services to attorneys on probate and trust matters, and an active board member of multiple historic preservation, community service, and veteran non-profits. Patricia is also a Veteran of the Coast Guard Reserve.
